Biotite comes as a 'biotite lenses' or as a 'mica disk.' The disks are more effective medicinally because their chemical composition is purer.

This mineral increases the vision of the third-eye as well as increasing the pathways to channeling information from other realms.

Healing Properties:

Biotite is called the 'stone of life' and has been used in diagnosing disorders associated with disorganized cellular patterns.

• Used in the treatment of eyes
• Regulates the secretion of bile
• Release and wilt growths
• Encourages detoxification of the body
• Reduces tension and stress disorders

• Helpful in treatment of insomnia and depression

Placement:

Biotite is considered to be a powerful birthing stone. A smooth round stone placed in the hands of a woman giving birth is said to ease the pain associated with it.

When Biotite disks are placed on the navel and third-eye chakras, it is said to be very relaxing.
